Top Secret Government Document – Truman Memorandum for the creation of Majestic-12. Ufologists know this paper as the Truman-Forestal Memo. The earliest reference to Majestic-12 is in the memo allegedly sent by Truman to Forrestal, names the president’s science advisor, Vannevar Bush, and is dated 24th September 1947.
MJ-12 was a special group of scientists, military leaders, and government officials, formed in 1947 by an executive order by US President Harry S. Truman for investigation and researching of UFO phenomena.
